Bob McCracken is our Church Administrator, with responsibilities for Office, Financial, Lay Personnel and Property Management.  He provides administrative support to the Ministerial Staff and the church Boards and Committees in all of these areas.  Leave messages for Bob at the office (Option #1) or call him at home at   860-434-7283.

Joan Kelley, our church secretary, has been with us for more than a year, and brings with her a wealth of office management and administrative experience.  She has relocated from the Seattle area and now lives in Lyme.  She loves the FCCOL family, and we are sure you will find her a delightful person to work with.  Joan is an expert at running the office, and she will be happy to help with whatever church business matters you need assistance with.  Shown also is her gentle friend SHOPHIE.  Come meet Sophie, too, who graces the office from time to time!

Marla Richardson has been with us for five years and is a professional accountant.  She handles all of the financial transactions and financial reporting for the church.  Please call her with any financial question.  She is in the office part-time, but receives messages on the voice mail system via option #1.

Mark Testori has just started as our new Sexton as of August 1st, 2008.  Mark has a wealth of experience in construction, repair and maintenance.  He also brings an outgoing and enthusiastic personality.

Please welcome him and introduce yourself.  He will be absorbing many new names and faces in a short period of time, and we want him to feel like a member of the "team" from day one.

Bill Slivinski is truly our "Man Friday" around the church.  He helps Mark  with maintenance duties, takes care of the church security system - opening and locking the facility every day - and cheerfully does whatever else we ask!  Bill lives in the Pilgrim House on the church property.

In addition to his work around the property, Bill recently volunteered to operate a Sunday Morning bus service to and from the Essex Meadows residence to allow those members who would not otherwise be able, to attend the 11 am service each Sunday.

Joanie May has for years been one of our "insidpensable" volunteers.  She takes care of the important tasks of maintaining our computerized membership database, arranging weddings and other uses of the church property - and much, much more as a critical helper for Joan.  Reach her on Joan's voicemail option # 1.

Bob McCracken is also our church Treasurer, responsible for the handling and proper accounting for all of the church's financial transactions, dealings, accounting system, banking and reporting.  He also helps maintain the church computer system.  434-7283      rfmccracken@comcast.net

Joanie is also the church's Assistant Treasurer, responsible for helping the Treasurer in his duties, and standing in for the Treaurer when he is not available.

Carl Clement is our financial secretary, and is reponsible for assisting the treasurer by ensuring all monies and pledges are properly received, safeguarded, counted and deposited.

Betty Fatone, a church member for many years, is the clerk of the church.  She is responsible for keeping and recording accurate membership records, arranging for and recording all congregational meetings, and filing and safeguarding the relevant legal church documents.

Greg Hack is a past chair of the Board of Deacons and current co-chair of the Board of Stewardship.  He assists Betty in her responsibilities as clerk of the church.
