[Full text is found in the Church By-Laws] Organization The Nominating Committee consists of one member each from the Church Council, the Board of Deacons, and the Board of Trustees and four representatives from the congregation at large elected by the congregation at the previous annual meeting. The Chairperson is the representative from the Church Council. Responsibilities The Committee presents to the Church Council one nominee for each vacancy for Church officers, boards, and committees at least three weeks prior to the annual meeting of the congregation. The Nominating Committee also nominates candidates to fill vacancies in offices, boards, and committees as they occur throughout the year. In selecting candidates, the Committee seeks a diverse representation of members from the congregation. Current Membership
