The Reverend David W. Good
Senior Minister
David was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana,
graduated from Purdue University in 1971 and received his Master of Divinity
degree from Yale Divinity School in 1975. Upon graduation, he became the
Minister of The First Congregational Church of Old Lyme and was ordained
into the ministry of the United Church of Christ in April of 1976.
David and his wife Corinne live in Lyme.

The Reverend Carleen R. Gerber
Senior Associate Minister
and Minister of Music
Carleen was born and raised in Lyme,
Connecticut. She received
her BA degree from Wheaton College in
Norton, Massachusetts, where she majored in music and elementary
education. She began serving the FCCOL as organist in 1976. She
received her Master of Divinity in 1995 from the University of South Africa
where she could pursue a major in the study of missions. She was
ordained in 1996 and serves the church as Minister of Music and as Associate
Minister.

The Reverend Rebecca T. Crosby
Associate Minister
Rebecca (Becky) was born in Elmira,
New York and her family moved to Old Lyme when she was 5 years old.
She received a B.A. degree from Connecticut College, where she double
majored in religion and art history. Continuing in that interdisciplinary
study, she received a Masters in Religion and the Arts from Yale University
Divinity School in 2002. She returned to Yale Divinity School and received
her Masters of Divinity in 2007. In 2004, Becky and her husband, Ted,
founded the Crosby Fund for Haitian Education, a scholarship organization
that provides funding for needy students in Haiti. Becky and her husband
have three grown children and 2 grandchildren and reside in Old Lyme.
Becky was called to the congregation on June 10, 2007. Her ordination
was celebrated on January 6, 2008.

The Reverend Elaine McNally Fitzpatrick
Minister of Visitation
Elaine McNally Fitzpatrick
comes out of retirement from the First Church, Guilford to follow in Ned
Castner's footsteps as our part-time minister of visitation. Elaine
graduated from Yale Divinity School in 1985 and then served as a college
chaplain for 10 years. In 1997, Elaine was ordained at the North
Guilford Congregational Church, UCC. Elaine and her husband have
raised their 5 children and made their home in Guilford for the past 32
years.

The Reverend Cynthia Willauer
Minister, South Lyme Chapel
The Reverend Cynthia C. Willauer is the First Congregational
Church’s minister to the South Lyme Union Chapel. She graduated from the
Yale Divinity School in 2000 and was ordained in the United Church of Christ
in 2004. She served the chapel in the summers of 1998 and 1999 and has
served year-round since May, 2000. Cynthia also holds a Bachelor of Arts
degree and a Master of Arts degree in French literature from Connecticut
College and a Master of Science Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from
Southern Connecticut State University. She is a licensed Marriage and
Family Therapy counselor with twenty-five years in agency and private
practice
